Max E. Lindeman (NG), MD

Overview
Dr. Lindeman is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, and attending physician for the Pediatric Palliative Medicine Service at NewYork-Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. His academic interests include medical education around communication and resilience, and neonatal and adolescent symptom management.
Dr. Lindeman completed his undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College, where he graduated magna cum laude with degrees in Anthropology and in Biological Sciences. He went on to receive his medical degree from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. He completed his residency training in Pediatrics at Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital, and remained at Yale for an additional year to serve as Chief Resident and Clinical Instructor of Pediatrics. He then completed his fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
