Teach Resident Rotation

All third-year residents rotate through a two-week rotation as a teach senior. In this role, teach seniors round with the wards team and augment teaching on these services. They are also tasked with designing and developing afternoon didactics to teach daily to residents and medical students on the wards services. Additionally, teach seniors work closely with medical students and guide them during their experience on the wards inpatient service.

During this period, teach seniors also present a teach morning report and host a board review morning conference for the residency program.
